What it is
Keep customers, their vehicles and drivers in one place. Credit sales go straight to the customer's ledger, collections bring the balance down, and the credit limit is enforced at the time of sale.
How it works
Add the customer with GSTIN, PAN, payment terms, opening balance and credit limit. Add their vehicles and drivers.
Record a credit sale against the customer and vehicle, from the web sales desk or the manager app.
If the sale would cross the available credit, it is blocked. Only the owner can extend the limit, with a reason that is logged.
Record collections by cash, UPI, bank transfer, cheque or card. Outstanding and the running ledger update instantly.
