FuelTrack holds sales, cash and credit records for your business. Here is how we protect them, in plain words.
Protection
Every request is checked against your organisation and station. One pump's data is never visible to another account.
Owners decide, page by page, what each manager, accountant or auditor can view, create, edit, export or approve.
Price changes, credit-limit changes, staff permissions, sale edits and voids are recorded with who did it and when.
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Phone logins use one-time passwords that expire in 10 minutes, with limited attempts.
Sign a staff member out of every device instantly. When someone's access changes, they must sign in again.
Sales, invoices, expenses and purchases are voided or reversed with a record, and original entered values are kept.
If an organisation is suspended, sign-in and station access are blocked immediately.
The site and app run over HTTPS, with strict security headers.
Business controls
Security isn't only about hackers. Most losses at a pump come from inside, so FuelTrack builds checks into everyday work.
You keep ownership of the operational data you enter. Download reports and accounting exports whenever you like, and write to support@fueltrack.live to ask for an export or deletion of your data. See our privacy policy and terms.
