This Privacy Policy explains how FuelTrack (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our marketing site, web dashboard, attendant progressive web app (PWA), and related APIs (collectively, the “Service”).
FuelTrack is a business product for fuel station organizations. This policy covers organization owners, managers, auditors, attendants, and visitors to our public website. If you access FuelTrack on behalf of a petrol pump or company, that organization is the controller of the operational records you enter; we process those records to provide the Service.
We may collect:
We do not intentionally collect payment card numbers through the Service. Billing arrangements, if any, are handled through the channels we communicate to your organization.
We use information to:
We do not sell personal data. We do not use station operational data to train public AI models.
We may share data with infrastructure and communications providers that help us host databases, deliver email/SMS/WhatsApp notifications, or operate the Service — under contracts that limit their use of the data. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition with appropriate safeguards. Station data stays scoped to your organization and the users you authorize.
We retain account and operational records for as long as your organization uses FuelTrack and as needed for legitimate business, security, dispute, and legal purposes. When an organization closes its account, we delete or anonymize personal data within a commercially reasonable period unless law requires longer retention of specific records.
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), authenticated APIs, role-based access controls, and session controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Organization owners should use strong passwords, limit staff roles appropriately, and revoke access when attendants leave.
Organization owners and managers may update station users and operational records in the dashboard. Attendants may only access the capture surfaces assigned to them. To request a data export or deletion of an organization account, contact us at the email below. Marketing site visitors may stop using the site at any time; we do not require an account to read public pages.
FuelTrack may process data on servers located in India or other regions where our infrastructure providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that information may be transferred to those locations with appropriate protections.
FuelTrack is intended for business use by adults operating fuel stations. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
