What it is
Export sales, credit sales, collections, expenses and purchases for any period. Choose a full accounting workbook, separate CSVs, a TallyPrime-ready Excel with vouchers and ledgers, or Zoho Books CSVs.
How it works
Map FuelTrack heads (cash, credit customers, petrol/diesel sales, purchases) to your Tally ledger names once.
Pick the station and period and run the check. FuelTrack lists anything that needs attention — a missing ledger, a credit sale without a customer, a missing amount.
Download the file. For Tally, import Ledgers first, then Vouchers (step-by-step instructions are included in the file).
Why it matters
Sales, receipt, payment and purchase vouchers are generated from what actually happened at the pump.
The pre-export check shows how many entries are ready and which ones need fixing.
