These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of FuelTrack, including the public website, web dashboard, attendant progressive web app (PWA), and related APIs (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you register on behalf of a petrol pump, dealer, or organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that entity. “You” means the individual user and, where applicable, that organization.
FuelTrack provides tools for recording fuel sales and meter readings, managing credit customers and collections, tracking expenses and purchases, monitoring tank dips, and generating operational and accounting exports. Features may change as we improve the product for station operators. We may offer free trials, paid plans, or organization-specific arrangements communicated separately.
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Owners may invite managers, auditors, and attendants. You remain responsible for users you authorize at your stations, including promptly revoking access when staff leave. Attendant access is limited to capture surfaces; it is not a substitute for managerial oversight.
You may use FuelTrack only for lawful station operations. You must not attempt unauthorized access, probe or disrupt the Service, reverse engineer the software except where prohibited limitations are disallowed by law, or upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. You must not use the Service to process data you are not authorized to handle.
Sales, credit, expense, purchase, and inventory data entered by your team is your responsibility. FuelTrack helps organize and export that information; it does not replace your legal, tax, or accounting obligations. Accounting exports are provided to assist bookkeeping; you and your accountant remain responsible for filings and ledger accuracy in Tally, Zoho, or other systems.
FuelTrack, its software, branding, and documentation remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of the operational data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide and secure the Service.
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, outages, device issues, or third-party network and messaging providers may temporarily affect the Service. You should maintain appropriate operational backups of critical records.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000 if no fees were paid.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, for non-payment where applicable, or to protect the Service and its users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limits and intellectual property) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
