How it works
FuelTrack follows the way an Indian petrol pump already runs: price in the morning, shifts through the day, a closed day at night and accounts at month-end.
One-time setup
Most of this is entered once. If you book a demo, we walk through it with you.
Sign up yourself or book a demo and we set it up with you. You get an organisation, your first station and an owner login.
Dealer name, oil company brand, RO code, GSTIN and logo. These appear on your daily closing report and invoices.
Add your dispensing units and nozzles, choose the fuel on each, and publish today's rate with VAT %.
Add managers, accountants and auditors with the access each needs, and your salesmen with their assigned nozzles.
Add fleet and credit customers with their vehicles, drivers, opening balance and credit limit.
Your manager adds FuelTrack to their phone's home screen and signs in with a one-time code sent to their mobile.
Tank capacities are set up by our team for now, and customers are added one by one (bulk import is not available yet).

Publish the rate for each fuel once in the morning. Every sale that day uses it, and sales are blocked until it is set.
