What it is
Set up your dispensers and nozzles once, then publish today's price for each fuel. Every sale and every shift entry is calculated on the server from that rate.
How it works
Add machines (petrol/diesel dispensers, CNG, EV chargers) with up to two nozzles each.
Record today's price for each fuel, with VAT % and an optional note.
If today's price is missing, a red banner shows on the dashboard and sales cannot be saved until it is set.
Amounts are recalculated on the server from the stored rate, so an old or typed-in rate cannot slip through.
Why it matters
Everyone sells on the same rate for the day, from the first vehicle to the last.
Every day's rate is stored with who set it, so questions about a past date have a clear answer.
Deactivating a machine needs a reason, and changes are written to the audit log.
