Feature
See book stock against your dip, tank by tank, every day.
Tank dips & stock
Book stock = opening + received − sold
What it is
FuelTrack keeps a book stock for each tank — opening stock plus fuel received minus fuel sold — and compares it with the physical dip you record.
How it works
Fuel purchases add to the 'received' figure for the tank.
Shift entries and sales add to the 'sold' figure.
Record the dip in litres from the web or the manager app; the variance against book stock is shown straight away.
Low-stock and variance alerts appear in the notification bell; posted dips need approval to edit.
Why it matters
A gap between book stock and dip shows up while the shift is fresh, not at month-end.
Daily closing stock by fuel for today, this week, this month or any range.
When tanks are set up, a shift cannot be closed until each tank has a dip recorded.
Rules that run on every entry — not a weekly audit after the money is gone.
